I am excited about the data released by  The Austin Board of Realtors today. I am going to summarize the Austin-Travis-Hays January Housing statistics below.  Although the total number of homes dropped a little from January 2015 Stat’s, there is still a lot of good news for folks looking to sell in Travis County, Hayes and the Austin Area in General.  I have broken down the numbers for these three areas to simplify for you.

Although the media home prices rose year over year, homes sold dropped a bit in January 2016 as compared to January 2015.  The good news in all this is that inventories remain low and sellers continue to sell their homes on average is less than 2 months.
